Come help us celebrate the homeschool class of 2011. We will enjoy an evening of Spring Time Enchantment. Back by popular demand is our revised menu and fantastic band. As always, we will enjoy our seniors through the years with the senior video, highschool experience video during the dance, and of course the senior class presentation down the grand staircase. Mark your calendars for Thursday, May 5, 6:30 at Woodland Hills. The cost for this year's event is $35 per person if postmarked by Friday, April 8 and $45 per person if postmarked by Friday, April 22. Tables of 10 can be reserved on a first come basis for families and groups. Separate check for tickets are acceptable but must be submitted together with one registration form. The evening is for high school students, completing grade 9 and above, friends, parents and grandparents. Please fill out and return the High School Banquet Registration Form with your information. PHOTOS NEEDED FOR BANQUET VIDEOS
Seniors and high school students, we need your photos for the videos that will be displayed during the graduation weekend. Seniors are asked to submit approximately five pictures, including a baby picture, grade school picture, middle/high school picture, and a senior picture or a current picture. On a separate piece of paper (if submitted with hard copy photos) or in the body of your e-mail (for electronic submissions), include your mailing address, phone number, e-mail address, and parents' names, as well as your full name, including first, familiar, middle, and last names (example: Joshua (Josh) Robert Warren, son of Tommy and Amanda Warren).
All high school students are asked to submit candid photos of themselves and their friends enjoying their high school years. These can include activities such as classes, field trips, clubs, vacations, parties, sporting events, etc.
Photos can be digital or hard copy. Electronic submissions can be sent to Amanda Warren at seniorvideo@memphishomeschool.org. Hard copy submissions can either be mailed or delivered to Mrs. Warren at 611 West White Road, Collierville, TN 38017, 854-1496. Mrs. Warren will confirm receipt of photos within 24 hours.
